I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the excellent work your crew didin roofing my home. Your crew arrived promptly each morning and worked efficiently to get the job done in 4 and a half days. In tearing off my old roof, your crew took care to minimize damage.
Overall, the work your crew did was extremely good and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to others. I have received numerous compliments from friends and neighbors on the job you did.

I could hear a drip in the upstairs bedroom and see some damage to the ceiling. I called your firm to have someone come out and look at it, stating that it was not an emergency.
Later the same day, two nice young men came and fixed the leak. They waited until I had returned home to tell me what they had done. They climbed up on the roof to check it again after I described the problem further.
I have never before gotten such prompt service from a company.

Dear Andy,
Please share my commendations with your employees on the job that they completed at my home. The team, led by Jason, did an excellent job during the tear-off phase, laying down the new product, knocking off the troublesome chimney, and in the general clean up phase.
All of your staff were very polite, respectful, with good communication, and paid attention to detail. This kind of work is never routine and they took care of each challenge with diplomacy and a good attitude.
I appreciate the efforts Jason went to in keeping us advised of how things were going and what to expect. He’s efficient at keeping everyone on task and well directed. Please share my thanks to Jason and the rest of your crew on making this customer satisfied.

When does a heart felt ‘Thank-You’ seem just not enough, if there is one of those moments, this is clearly one! Susan and I deeply appreciate your thoughtfulness, your grace, and effort in providing and installing the GAF Camelot series roof system. The GAF Camelot series roof system is truly a stunning enhancement to our home.
Since that first early spring installation, now so many years ago, and during that first summer/fall and every year since, nearly every home with asphalt shingling around our home has incorporated architectural style shingling. During those early years and as recently as last summer, it was not uncommon to have neighbors and people we had never seen before bring their roofers to our home, point and say; that’s what we want!
Friends and visiting family members, as part of their visits, commonly walk the neighborhood as well. Today, barely two weeks since the installation, we are seeing a return in the numbers of individuals pausing long to take in the new Camelot accent that adorns and defines our roofline.
As part of our walks over the years, we have closely watched the different roofers working in our neighborhood. Our choice of Weatherhead & Sons was based on the quality of work, attitude and workmanship of the Weatherhead & Sons staff, the clean up after each days work, and with time, the on-going satisfaction of the homeowners who have used Weatherhead & Sons.
